What a fantastic World Book Day we had in Nursery!
We started our morning by joining the Main School Assembly, where we watched the parade of all the wonderful Book?Day Characters the older children had dressed up as. The children loved spotting familiar characters and seeing all the amazing costumes!
During the Assembly, we found out who the Silver Ticket and Golden Ticket winners were.

After Assembly, the Nursery children visited the Main School Library for a special story time. It was such a lovely opportunity to enjoy books in a new environment.
Back in Nursery, we spent the afternoon sharing our favourite stories together. The children really enjoyed listening to each other’s books and even had some of the big P7 children come to read to us.
A wonderful celebration of reading, stories, imagination and fun.
