Our final Playboard workshop took place at Dromore Leisure Centre on Tuesday 21st April. Primary 6, Primary 6/7 and Primary 7 children were joined by our link school St. Colman's Annaclone where we enjoyed all the great outdoor play stations that had been set up for us. We tried junk art, circuits, building, parachute games, drama and it was a great way to make new friends.
We are now officially Play Ambassadors and as such we were awarded a certificate and a special Archie bear. This project will be implemented in our school and will have a great impact on our mental health and helping us to be ready to learn through planned movement breaks.
