This month Little Acorns have been learning about Spring and celebrating Easter. We have learnt all about flowers, we painted beautiful observational pictures of flowers and planted sunflower seeds. We continue to enjoy sensory play learning about mini beasts in chia seeds. We developed our fine motor skills arranging flowers and using tweezers to move caterpillars. Our mathematical language developed in play with plant pots of different shapes and sizes. In cookery time we made fruit flowers and Easter nests. We enjoyed an Easter Egg hunt and will finish our term welcoming our parents and family for a Stay and Play.
