This month the children have been exploring and discovering all about Space through their play. We have been developing our imagination in our role play and small world areas as we have been travelling to the Moon and exploring in the Space Station. In the water tray we have been developing our hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills, as well as discovering about floating as we have been lifting and moving our floating planets. Outside we have been developing our gross motor skills and cross lateral movements as we have been climbing up the ladder onto our Spaceship and having lots of fun discovering the different planets with our new space game.
